Statistics portlet fails to create visualization

Hello,
I have a Uportal-Start 5.9.0 
I add the Statistics portlet

When I want to create a graph, i have an error

In the portal.log i have :

ERROR [uP-PortletExec-66-franck.lecalloch-RESOURCE-[statistics]] o.s.w.p.ForwardingDispatcherPortlet 2021-03-23 10:49:27,780 - Could not complete request
