CAS 5.2.2 Webapp bugs

Mukunthini Jeyakumar
Hi,
I'm using  CAS 5.2.2 Webapp

There are few bugs I've noticed so far.

 1. Service Access Strategy --> Required Attributes option
>>>>> the attributes are case sensitive and checking "Case insensitive" option is not working
2. No "save" button for 'Duplicate" service option

Thanks
Thini

Re: CAS 5.2.2 Webapp bugs

Travis Schmidt
A fix for the no save for Duplicate is in the PR https://github.com/apereo/cas/pull/3185

The Case Insensitive checkbox tool tip was incorrect and I fixed that.  The value of the check box is being saved when checked, so I am not sure what the issue is that you are seeing with this.

Thanks Travis.

I've a attribute called "Role" released from LDAP and when add a service in management webpapp,  If I used
Required Attributes (Name) : role  and checked Case Insensitive, it wasn't working.
Service access denied due to missing privileges.
<Cannot grant access to service [https:/cccccc/] because it is not authorized for use by [user].>

But If I used the exact match "Role", it is fine.

Thanks
Thini
